Mike Sheikh
Chief Executive Officer
Mike is an US Air Force Academy graduate and pilot. He is 55 years old. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and flew KC-135 tankers and worked as a budget officer in the comptroller’s squadron. The first part of his civilian career after the Air Force was in the brokerage industry. He worked for Dean Witter and National Securities as broker and eventually research analyst. During his tenure, he authored and published reports in the aerospace sector. He was also a guest lecturer at a local community college teaching about stocks and options markets. After the brokerage industry he was a business development officer for a variety of specialty finance companies that did factoring and purchase order financing.
For the past 7 years he has been a consultant in an Investor Relations firm that works with a number of biotech-oriented clients. He is an experienced pitch deck writer, presenter, medical journal writer, active on social media. He is also currently a principal of a biotech called Bioxytran Inc. (OTCMKT: BIXT) which has an early intervention COVID-19 therapeutic in clinical trials. Mike is a blog commenter and author at Seeking Alpha and Streetwise Reports. He frequently comments on biotechnology topics and has authored a number of articles on his LinkedIn page. He has a keen understanding of oncology, virology, fibrosis, MASH, stroke, Parkinsons, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other inflammatory diseases.
